Moon landing doubters beware! APOLLO 11 will be celebrating 50 years this year and never seen before footage has been released in an extraordinary Sundance Film Festival documentary NOW playing in theaters everywhere!

From director, Todd Douglas Miller (Dinosaur 13) comes a cinematic event fifty years in the making. Crafted from a newly discovered trove of 65mm footage, and more than 11,000 hours of uncatalogued audio recordings, Apollo 11 takes us straight to the heart of NASA’s most celebrated mission.

The one that first put men on the moon, and forever made Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin into household names. Immersed in the perspectives of the astronauts, the team in Mission Control, and the millions of spectators on the ground, we vividly experience those momentous days and hours in 1969 when humankind took a giant leap into the future.

What makes this documentary so fascinating is that REAL footage is used. We are able to be swept back in time and witness the launch of Apollo 11 like never before. This isn't a movie using actors and actresses of today but a piece of history compliled, beautifully edited and produced for our viewing pleasure!

I am looking forward to seeing this on the big screen! The history nerd in me can't wait to see this production! Hurry, this won't be theaters much longer so be sure to check to see if it is playing in a theater near you!

We have found what we have been looking for in The Pencil Grip Inc .'s 24 pack of Magic Stix Washable Markers . These markers are the perfect fit for a homeschooling family such as ours. I am thrilled to tell you about our experience with them! Normally, I do not have a favorable impression of markers for several reasons. For one, as a kid, I remember markers having such a strong smell that it would give me a headache. I know some kids enjoyed the scents but it certainly was not for me. And to be honest, if I had markers like that in my house today, my kids would probably stick them up their nose or something. Another reason I have a distaste for markers is the drying out factor.
